My wife's Doubt!

I got married for a year. I'm a Computer trainer. Before she became my wife she was my trainee for 2 years. She knows my every thing well. But now she doubt me about my relationship with other female trainee. She knows about my personality. When she is at her work (in a school) she phones me. If i'm late to response, she doubt me, wheather i'm spending that time with other female. Sometimes 'my work is just being with other female'- she tells. If i'm late to return ....ohhh! At night, she teaches me to be away from all women( I think she would be happy is i leave my job and be always at home ;)) Guys! Can you help me? What should i do? I can't leave this job, coz it's permanent with better salary. Plz help!
