Any Know Anything About Greenhorse?

It's one of those paid to surf programs that you have to install and I was wondering is anyone using this or know anything about it?

I'm using it now http://greenhorse.com/join_now.ghc?r=177952857 I've been told they pay, but i can't say for sure as I've just started using it. my mother was told by a friend that they have been using it for a long time now.
