the hottest out there?

Hey, What games for pc would you say are the hottest out right now or even up and coming out soon? I am really into gaming though lately I find I am getting bored of games very fast and most of the hype around games seems to be unwarranted, that's just my thought. Let me know of any games you think are that good and why, Hopefully I can find some new games to play that might hold my interest. I like all kinds of games rpg fps rts action adventure etc. thanks any responses will be appreciated even if you can't say what's hot you might tell me some of your feeling on gaming in general.

Steam is bascially all I use. Bunch of great games on there.

i love pc games.i've got a few pc games with me now that i play.
but i think the overall best pc game would be out of the two picks
that i've got.and that's Titanic:the puzzle game that you can play
on pogo.com,and than Bejeweled 2 that you can play on pogo.com.
those two i love dearly,and play them everytime i get a chance to.

Yeah they have several but I don't want to buy a magazine and the game cd's they have in them are all demos and most of the time they don't even work lol. Thanks for the response.

I'm not really sure about online games. We have a Playstation 2 and usually play that alot of times. I do like to play games on Pogo.com though. Have you ever played online at their website? they have a ton of games to play. I like to play Euchre, Dominoes, Bowling, Bingo, Pool and many more games there. Yoiu should try it some time. I like to play Guitar Hero on the playstation and the four wheeler game.

yea Crysis is cool i was playing that one i really loved the graphics, though i sorta got bored/frustrated once I was being killed by the aliens . COD4 is awesome though very short in single player :( have not tried AA or Halo3 and the sims i remember spending hours playing sims games sims 3 should be really good i also love sim city and stuff like that and the tycoon games

Call me old school, but I'm still hooked on the original Sims game lol. I have all the expansion packs for it, and I spend hours at night playing it, well, more building and furnishing my sims' homes, but still.
What I really want to try is that FF game that you and Eric always play online. And now taht I have my dvd drive.... *hint hint*

I loved the sims, I played it out tho and couldn't even be bothered to get any of the newer ones. Final Fantasy XI is pretty good I get bored of it lately tho ... maybe because I am in debt and tired of farming. lol ... Thanks for responding.
