Hi, I have always felt a mysterious allure about Chinese/Oriental philosophies and culture.I have heard about the Shaolin Monks and the stupendous feats they are able to achieve by means of controlling Mind,Body and Soul. I woud like to know about Qi(or Chi) which is the Life Force. How does one learn to control it?Can it be learnt by any person or is it only for the privileged Shaolin Monks?
