Breakfast, lunch, dinner

Do you take your breakfast, lunch, dinner everyday? Per readings we are informed that it is good to have a heavy breakfast and can skip lunch and dinner. When you say heavy it is with rice, meat or fish and vegetables. We usually have rice and meat or fish and vegetable in the morning. At lunch time I usually take sandwiches or fruits or whatever is available. At dinner time sometimes I also eat small serving of rice and meat. That is in addition to snacks in between meals. How abot you friends, what is your eating schedule and what do you eat most of the time.

I wish I could have rice everyday for breakfast. I agree that we need to have a heavy breakfast but I would disagree that rice is the best thing to have for breakfast. In countries where rice is not grown, they use potato, pasta, or bread and it could be heavy and healthy too.
I usually have 2 brown bread, a glass of milk and fruit for my breakfast. Then for lunch I can have rice or haystack--it's my favorite.
Since I'm a homebuddy right now, I normally just eat twice a day if I had two heavy meals during the day. At least the last meal is taken around four pm.

Yes, I agree with you, but here in our place rice is our staple food so almost everybody is eating rice. Of course there are substitute for rice. So youre an eater too. Our body needs food to make us healthy and strong. Thanks for the response.

I don't eat breakfast at all. By the time breaksfast time comes, that's the time I'm hitting the bed to sleep. But whenever it is, I really don't eat breakfast, it slows my body down for teh entire day. Opposite to what every body says about breakfast. I do eat lunch but sometimes it's integrated with my dinner. I do have lots of snack time in a day though hahaha..

Busy in your work or mylotting. So I understand now why many people dont eat breakfast at all. To sum it up your lunch might be your breakfast, just kidding. At least youre having your snacks as often as you can. Food is good for the body. Thanks for the response.

Hello,bagumbayan! It is advisable to have a light breakfast in the morning because some eight to ten hours before you had taken your dinner and all the foods you had taken has been digested and the stomach is empty.so you must give some food to your body in the morning so that it will be ready for the day's work.so also after 4/5 hours you need to give food for your body.so lunch is the best time for the purpose.and again in the night you must give some foods.this is the prescribed diet for you.but you decide the quantity and the quality of foods you will take each time so that your body and mind will be fit for work.in between breakfast and meals you may take some tea or coffee as per your choice.usually i never take breakfast in the morning.i manage myself with two meals a day,each time i eat rice,dalfry and vegetable curry and salad with curd.in between meals i usually take 6/7 cups of black tea.now i am in my seventies so i don't like to overburden my stomach thank you.

Thanks for the response. I hope I can reach your age as healthy as you are. So you have a good digestive system in you. And its nice you still can do the regular eating. For me heavy breakfast is the best. In the black tea good for you, instead of tea how about taking water instead, no caffeine.

I eat three meals a day with a bedtime snack. eggs and toast for breakfast, some lean meat with veggies and fruit for lunch and for supper pasta with tomato sauce lean meat and veggies.for bedtime a half sandwich of peanut butter and a glass of milk.

You really dont skip meals. Seems you dont eat rice. But substituted by other carbohydrates. And your health conscious, I supposed. Thanks for the response.

i never eat breakfast and lunch when i'm at home but i usually eat lunch when i'm in school and i always eat dinner

Thanks for the response. So dinner is your main meal. But I suggest that you eat some fruits or vegetables in the morning if you cant eat regular meal. It is good for the body and your health, and good for mental health so you can excel more in school.

I never eat breakfast, I will have a sandwich for my lunch and then usually soup and sandwiches for my dinner, I do not really have a big appetite so do not bother eating a lot most days. Every so often though I will have days where I eat more.

So youre not an eater. And i supposed you have that sexy body. No baby fat. Are you working, if you are, at least you must take some heavy meals. But as youve said you dont have a big appetite. But eating is good for our body. It keeps us strong and sick free. you also dont spend much on food. Thanks for the response.
