Really depends on a person's definition of success. There is a difference to me in particular between continuing to hang on to a job to pay the bills and having work that pleases you. I can see myself that a job working for someone else could have real positive aspects to it. It also could have negative aspects. The same could be said of any home business. For me, it seems to depend on exactly what I am doing and whether or not I am "into" it. My personal thoughts on success in any type of work environment...traditional work, or home business, is whether or not I am challanged, able to be creative, able to support myself financially, able to have energy to live life after work is done. It also helps me to feel successful if I actually like whatever it is that I am doing. If I am dragging my feet every day dreading going to or starting work....then a reavalution of my situation is probably in order.

i actually am not very clear or comfortable about business. i always count on my professional life. so the success there matters most. but there are also good opportunities in business as i guess.
