Timbaland - ruin or make?

Everytime so far that Timbaland has worked with an artist I have liked, I never like the songs he creates! I start to dislike the singers. But if I don't know the band or singer, I quite like them. But I no longer like people such as Justin Timberlake, Nelly Furtado and now even Madonna has worked with him, with a song that I'm really hating. But do you feel the same, or do you find that he makes you start to enjoy the singers or makes no difference to your opinion?
