Can somebody teach me text messaging language

I don't text much, because I don't know the quick language to send messages quickly. My teens are too busy to sit with me and show me. So, will you help? Thanks! :)

You can still send text messages though even if you don't know how to use the text language. What's important is that the person you want to contact can understand you.
