Why sometimes we get stare to something?

I usually stare something when the things is strange,rare, and unusual. Well for many people it could be different, what about you? you stare to a cute girl? lol

well even i do but you at what or whom... at the peoples who either stare at me or are acting too weird...i mean lyk sneezing again n again or starin at some one else n people take it wrong lol...
