Do you like Cheese Curds?

Hey all. Have you tried them? I am from Wisconsin and I love cheese curds. They are a mild white cheese in a curd shape. You can eat them plain or deep fry them. I guess they are regional.

I agree that they must be regional. I grew up in Florida and have never heard of them. I'm thinking cottage cheese, but I'm sure you mean something different.

Totally mean something different. No liquid involed. Think closer to mozzerella sticks only not sticks, just random shapes

Oh, lord I love cheese curds. Haven't had white cheese, though. Just regular orange ones. Where can you order online other than Mars cheese castle? And is it reasonably priced?

I do like cheese curds.Do you have an A&W in your area?IN San Jose,there is an A&W that is combined with a Kentucky Fried Chicken.Cheese curds are featured as a side dish.I think they're good.I have never seen white ones,only yellow.Trader Joe's carries them.

Love them here. I live in Iowa and my mother works at a creamery and actually makes them.
