Girls on (their own) Motorcycle...whatcha riding?

'89 Yamaha Route 66. 250cc v-twin. Had my lil' putt-putt for 16 years now with no problems! Looking to get either the Yamaha 650 V-Star Custom or the DragStar 400 from Japan.

I don't either! Gives us the same benefits as it does the boys... gas mileage, easy parking (not to mention often BETTER parking), gets me through traffic (especially when I'm running late as usual). But people always gotta stare or sneak a look in their mirror as if I don't see them... they should just say "Hi!" Thanks for your reply. Aloha!

Sorry for the delay, sweetcakes. I've been trying to get a pic of my bike. It's a 1989 yamaha route 66, 250cc. Perfect little putt putt for me cuz I'm only 4ft 11in & 94lbs. Here she is. Aloha!

I personally think there are some things that just aren't for girls. Motorcycles are one of them. Although my boyfriend has a Harley Davidson, and I ride as a passenger. I think it makes women who drive motorcycles look masculine.

Haha! I couldn't look masculine if I tried, all 4ft 11in, and 94lbs of me! That is definitely one thing I have NEVER been accused of! But I always make sure I have nice lipstick on. I always say, just because I'm on a bike doesn't mean I can't be pretty! Thanks for your reply, though. Maybe someday I'll have a pic of me actually on my bike here. I don't care much to take pics.
