I was wondering if other people slept with a pillow between their legs at night? I'm guessing this is mainly what women do, i think it's suppose to be good for your back..? Anyone else know if there are benefits to sleeping with a pillow between the legs?:D

i have to sleep with a pillow either under my knees or between my legs if i am sleeping on my side, but my reason has absolutely nothing to do with my back, its because of my knees...i cannot lay with my knees flat on the bed, nor can i stand to have them touching each other (i have severe arthritis!)

Its good for your back and also for your hips. Sleeping with a pillow between your knees helps keep your spine aligned properly. I do it and it does help my back alot.

I've heard this is supposed to be good for your sleeping posture, but I don't think I could do it. It might be comfortable, but not 'natural', like the way I usually sleep (if that makes any sense). I supposed I could get used to it if I tried.

Yes, I had to do that for awhile when my back hurt. I was seeing a chiropractor at the time. But since then I got a new mattress and my back no longer hurts and I don't see the doctor or sleep with the pillow between my legs anymore.

I started this habit 12 yrs ago when I was pregnant, and I havent stopped yet. I can NOT sleep now if I do not have a pillow between my legs. I dont really even know why, but I do know that I cant stand my legs to touch together at night (strange I know )...lol.... --ALH

I sleep with one either between my knees if I'm on my side or under my knees if I'm on my back. I suffer from fibromyalgia that affects my knees and restless leg syndrome and I find that this helps both problems. If it's good for my back then that's an added bonus!

I like a pillow between my legs if I am laying on my side as it keeps my knees from bruising eachother. if I am laying on my back I like a pillow under my knees... it seems to cut down on the cramping.

I did this. While I was pregnant in the later months. And yes it did relieve some back pain. But soon after having my daughter it wasn't needed. So I stopped.

Yes I do it helps to stop my back from hurting so much in the morning. Before my bad back I used to use it while pregnant as it helped support my bump and stopped me feeling so uncomfy!
