I am an actor, and as such I need to constantly battle the pounds of fat that love to creep up on me in the middle of the night, attaching itself to my thighs and stomach.
I'm looking for tips and tricks that will help me to be able to drop a few pounds that will actually stay off.
Even ideas that have worked for you, I will take all ideas, what has worked, what hasn't.
I don't want to become size zero - that's unhealthy, but 10 lbs would be around what I'm looking to lose permanently. Especially around my stomach ha ha! It gets hard going onto set and finding out what you wore a couple weeks ago is a bit too tight and uncomfortable and a wardrobe change needs to be done! Opps...haha!
Thanks for your ideas!

If you cannot give up sweets then you will just have to exercise more. The idea is to burn more calories then you loose. So tell yourself that if you eat these sweets you will just have to go walking sometime that day or whatever form of exercise you like. Once you get down to where you want to be with your weight/size then you will not have to burn more calories then you eat anymore so you could slack up on it.
Give us an idea of what you are eating and I can help you out more.

Well I try not to eat bread of any kind, I eat a lot of veggies and the fruits that I can have such as apples (I have a lot of allergies). I eat more chicken than any other kind of meat and I cannot eat seafood of anykind. I rarely have potatoes and rice and don't drink pop or juice very often.
I also go on my recumbant bike for 20-1/2 hour every day.
I think I have just a very stubborn body ha ha!
