Tell her what you think of her, why you like her. Start off small and be sure to compliment her. Try not to make the letter creepy. For a crush that you do not know much about, I would suggest writing something like this : Dear NAME, I have noticed you from across the room, and must say that you have beautiful eyes. I would like to know more about you, would you like to be my friend? Signed, NAME Try small at first, don't put to much in it but don't put to little either. Compliment her twice, at least.

I would start by complimenting a characteristic of her's that really catches my attention.. "You smile really makes my day." or something better than that.
