Once I fell in deep depression in 2000. Medicine gave me a quick relief but not a permanent solution. But when i joined in a work in 2002, day by day, I become out of depression.
but Last two years, i again fall in depression in the weekends. So i have joined another part-time, and survive from it.
To me, if i don't work at a certain limit, i am caught by depression.
So is that the only way??

It's good that you want to get out of depression without the help of medicine. Well dear friend! makin your self busy is the greatest way of depression but if it's coming back, it means that "working" is not working for you.
Let me tell you another way. Pick a pen and paper, and write anything that comes into your heart and mind. I really mean heart and mind here.
Actually, I'm advicing you to express your depression. Don't ignore or run away from it. Just face it. Writing will take you to the actual reason and place of depression in your heart. Believe me after some time, you will feel light and than just go to sleep. Forget about the whole world. There will be new hope and light for you when you wake up.
Let me know after you did this writing and sleeping thing.
