Do you own a business? If you do, how did you start? How much capital, etc and what did you need? Would you mind share your success story? Thank you

I have a small internet cafe. online games and internet access plus other computer services. Me and my brother operate it, we save a lot because we do the maintenance and technical problems. I started with one computer only just for computer services like typing, layout, photo editing and a lot more. Then buy another one and another one. We start to operate with only three computers for online games and internet. I search how to manage it well. At first, we have no permit because of three unit only. Friends of friends are my customer, then we buy another two. and its five as we go on. All my units are operated with license windows xp.
By the way, we buy only parts of the computer and assemble to lessen some expenses. We also use power saver so that we can save up to 30% of power consumption.
