(Reflection) In a phase of Vacillation, do you feel it's slow or fast?

In the relationship there is a phase, where we waited for our beloved decision. Like waiting for a phone call, waiting for a dating decision, or mostly important in a stage of hoping a marriage proposal.
There are plenty occasions that we will fall into this Vacillation (or waiting for uncertainties) in the journey of dating, in the term of waiting someone's decision.
Now please be honest, do you think it's slow or fast when you are in the phase?
