they banned youtube here !!

youtube is banned in indonesia !!! that's sucks.. !! the government banned it to stop the short movie called "Fitnah" spreading this film has made the moslems in indonesia angry i don't think that reason make sense if the movie had depraved the moslem's integrity, then they got to fix something inside them this country is a plural country with many religions, ethnics, etc and all people here are equal the ban is decided only for some party's interest youtube has more benefits for people here and what had decided it's not fair for all too bad that youtube is no longer accessible here thanks for reading..

Really? You mean you can't access youtube anywhere in Indonesia? Even though using cdma or something? Ugghh...that sucks, indonesia is my hometown too, but I have no idea it's getting worse like this.

Yup, Im also from indo.Oh well, not trying to be rude or anything, but I find Indo is more racist now. Have to get my parents out of there soon...lol...

Yeah, indonesia goverment didn't think about people that use YouTube as business and so on. I read on detik news, that indonesian family live by selling their products videos using YouTube. But Right now YouTube is accessible, they changed the blocking rule; straight to the content URL *hurrah* now i can watch my favourite video clip again :)

ys its not fair for those who are not muslim who is living in indonesia...but im sure there are other ways for you to go to youtube site...you can try using proxy servers,that way you can easily go to any site that is banned in your country....
