In a british study,groups of gum chewers and non-chewers were shown a list of words on a computer screen and later asked to remember what they saw. the ones who chewed gum remembered more words than the volunteers who didn't have gum the gum chewers in the study inceased their heart rate by 5 to 6 beats per minute, increasing blood flow to the brain.chewing may also stimulate insulin production.allowing brain cells to absorb more blood sugar.

This is a nice news for me. For one, I chew gums frequently. Now I know it really helps. That's why I feel comfortable with gums in my mouth while doing things and projects. Thank you for sharing such a great news article.

oh i c..now i've learned that chewing gum is not bad, i thought it can make your brain just like in a vacuum..or be hollow....... thanks for this infos ..i've never known this...
