Backpain - outcome of sitting on office chair

Many offices provide hygenic environment but percentage is too low. Many small organization hardly care for the same and most people often seen complaining about backpains and sleepless nights. Are you one of them and if so, how do you find ways to relax your back.

The chairs at my offcie are pretty generic, I have gotten a few complaints from some of my employees. I was able to get better chairs for the section leaders but everyone else is forced to suffer. Some of the people have broughten in those chair pads for their backs. I also have a friend training for her pysical therapy certificate, who I ahve come in every friday. She needs the experience and is happy to help out, but when she grduates we'll be out of luck.
