Have you ever ordered a product from one of the infomercials that you really like or really can't stand? I usually wait until they are available at a store. I bought the cordless swivel sweeper that I really like. How about you?

Like you I wait till they come out to the stores. I figure if they get to that point more then likely they are decent. I got the foldable colander, I love that. It fits in my cupboard easily and it really works nice. Cleans up great too. Now I tried the one product that's to remove hair, all natural thing. The woman made it in her kitchen and it's even edible if you want. Nads I think was the name but can't remember for sure. That didn't work at all. I returned it to the store and got my money back. One of the best things I ever got though were my Ginzu knives. Now they started on tv back when I was a child but we only recently got them. We found them at the one store and a big sale was on so we got them. I couldn't believe how great they were. Cutting with them is so easy. I love them They are worth the money.

I'm going to put the foldable colander on my list. I thought it looked pretty great and glad to know it is. I know, the Nads doesn't work! My mom has a set of those Ginzu knives and loves them too! Thanks for all your suggestions.

You're welcome. I hope you like it. We recently also got the set of containers that are on like a lazy susan. They all have their own compartment and a section for the lids. That is really nice as well. Makes it so easy to find the size I need and they all use the same lid so I don't have to worry.

Thank you very much for the best response. That was a nice thing to get in my mail today. I'm so glad they notify us of these now. Makes it so much easier to know when we get one.

I have one of those cordless sweeper. I don't use it much because I have a very hard time getting the dirt drawer out to empty. I also have a Bissel that I like better because I can get to all the components to clean it up. If I had it to do over again I wouldn't have bought it. I'm glad that you like yours though.

The first couple of times, I found it difficult to empty too. Then I kind of learned a little trick, holding it over the wastebasket and squeezing the little levers at the same time. Works so much better. I really like it for getting around all the tight spaces in the bathroom and the kitchen too. I mostly use it on tile surfaces. Thanks for responding and have a great day.

I agree some of them are so cheesy! I'm such a sucker for gadgets though, especially kitchen gizmos. Thanks for your comment.

I bought a pedegg off of a informercial and I hate it. It does not work like it shows it does. It is suppose to get all the dry skin off your feed and the shavings are suppose to go into the egg but most of the shaving ended up on my pants so it was not worth it.

I'm glad you told me about that one, because I was considering getting one for myself. It seems that the products always look better at 3:00 a.m. LOL Have a great day!

I bought that sweeper too and love it. Problem is I lost the battery charger thingy and will have to buy a new one. They have it on the site, though, so I guess I'll have to break down and do that one of these days. I've bought other things too. Bare Minerals makeup once (which I loved, but Avon is almost identical at a fraction of the price!), and I don't remember what all else. Some piece of exercise gizmo I believe. Sometimes I'll see something interesting on the infomercial and then see if I can find it cheaper online.

Glad you mentioned about the Bare Minerals and Avon. I have a new Avon lady in the neighborhood. Haven't seen a book in ages. I'll have to give the mineral make-up a try. Thanks for the insight. Too bad about your battery charger. Hope they don't cost too much online.
