I was a bit reluctant at first to post her video on my Multiply page because kids might think it glorifies substance abuse. But listening a few times to the song reveals it's actually about depression, and how sometimes pride gets in the way of us seeking professional help about it. I think if we set the controversies about Amy Winehouse aside for a while, this serves as an eye opener for those who constantly deny they have the problem and maybe they'd start doing something about it. I'd put depression on the list of health concerns I have here in myLot, whereas before I wouldn't put anything in it because my macho image of myself felt that it's a weakness to not be totally healthy. How about you?
