Acoustic Guitar - relaxing instrument?

Anyone else find that, especially if your kinda tired, playing or listening to calm acoustic guitar is one of the most relaxing things? I've found it recently, even just simple chords and a few harmonics can be really relaxing

Yeah,I really like the acoustic guitar, I wish I could play a bit better.
I really like listening to mellow violin/piano pieces when I'm unwinding, too. :D
I don't know what it is about light music, but it's so soothing. I love it.
