Do you have problems with making eggs?

maybe she doesnt cook her eggs long enough or will use to much milk . just leave the eggs go on a med heat for 3 mins and then fluff them around . flip and fluff . Should take around 5 mins.

I have more of a problem with boiled eggs, because I can never tell when they are done until they are opened, and by then it is too late. The time to put them changes for each type and size of egg and it is really complicated for such as a simple thing.

I don't like cooking eggs except if I am making scrambled. If I am making sunny side up it never fails, I tend to break them. When I make my eggs scrambled, I put only a little bit if milk in mine and salt and pepper. I let the frying pan get really hot before I pur it in and then I let the first layer get cooked before I mix them. I continue to mix them for the whole rest of the time they are cooking. I use a spoon to mix them, not just a spatula. I never have a problem with them being runny.

do not add any milk or waterto the eggs as that is what makes them all runny and do not cook very long and also turn down the burner a bit.overcooked scrambled eggs turn watery. Whip them first with a whisp and then pour them into an oiled pan and cook just until set.

I don't like my mothers scrambled eggs either. I don't know what is wrong with it, it just doesn't taste right to me. The way I cook them is I put a little bit of milk, butter and then the eggs. I cook them really low and keep mixing/stirring with a fork. I also put salt and pepper in while they are cooking. She said she doesn't like her fried eggs, so whenever she wants one she tells me to make her one. I don't even like fried eggs and she says that I make them really good. She thinks her scrambled eggs are alright so as long as she likes them I am happy..I just don't eat them. Just about anything else she cooks I will eat. She is a good cook for the most part.

no i dont have problems but i hate it when my yoe pops so just turn it on the yoke side for 5 seconds till its pink ;)

Well I really do not know why her scrambled eggs would be watered down, unless she is not cooking them long enough. My friend does not like his cooked as long as I like mine cooked and his will be a little watery.
