My cats are nuts. If the one is outside he comes up and meows by MY window, and the other one "knocks" on our door to let him in. They are crazy. And at 5am I don't like them!

I never get enough sleep or rest. I get about 4 hours of sleep per day. I stay wore out. I am too worried over making sure I make some money to help out with the bills for my family. I feel like if I sleep any monger than that, I will not make much earnings for the day by working online. I am a very light sleeper. I think alot of it has to do with my nerves.

oh i see, i hope you dont get stressed that much to earn money for the family, and good for you at the same time that you are a light sleeper and can subsist on just 4 hrs. my body craves sleep and it has to be at least 6 hrs or more! maybe you can ask someone in the family try to earn money online too so that the more, the "money-er"!

I usually get about 4 hours of sleep a night. I have a hard time falling asleep so I spend a lot of time laying n bed trying to fall asleep only to watch the hours tick past on the clock and by the time tha I get to sleep I usually only have few hours before I have to get up to get the kids off to school.

Awwww... for weeks, I don't sleep much because it is summer. It is very hot here in the Philippines. I wish I work in dayshift so I can sleep at night. I only sleep for about 3-5 hours then I will be awake the whole day waiting for my shift to start.

I get around 6 and half, to 7 hours a night now, I say now, because it is only in the last couple of weeks that my 2 year old daughter has started sleeping through. Such bliss, but I bet you that now I have said this she will start waking up again now!!

I usually get about 7 but often its broken sleep if one of my children needs me even the eldest at 4 will sometimes wake me say if she needs the toilet so often 7 hours does not feel enough!
I used to be a heavy sleeper but since having my girls I will wake at the slightest noise incase it is them and they need me. SO really it is no wonder I am often tired!

well you could compensate for your loss of sleep when they start going to school, you can sleep all you want in the afternoon. tell your hubby if he can be the one to assist the kids, you can do M-W-F while he can do TU-TH-S and on sundays, well you 2 could toss a coin to see who will take over, LOL

I sleep arround 7-8 hours! Atleast i try to do this cause that amount of time is the healtiest. Serious read it somewere! Beside if i sleep longer i feel more sleepy then if i slept shorter. weird.

oh ive heard of that, oversleeping can make a person lethargic and sluggish, i think i experienced that at least once in my life but i cant recall anymore how it exactly felt, coz ever since my body always wants to sleep, i think my longest sleeping time was around 11 hrs? and when i get still for example, watching tv or lying on the bed, i doze off in a matter of minutes, especially when im lying down.
