I just seen this on CNN, a 10 year old girl in Erie PA was pulled from the monkey bars by two other girls, I believe ages 11 and 12. They pulled her down and the stomped her head and her body, they shattered her hip. The sad part is a attorney was on CNN giving his view and he said they should not be punished by the law. At worse they should have to write on the school blackboards.
