A healthy diet and a little exercise are the best ways to stay in shape. That doesn't mean you have to go to the gym or anything, just walking can help you stay fit.

Dieting & exercise is the best way to lose weight. I am the last person to be guided by as I need to lose 10kgs. I hate exercise too.

Walk a half hour a day and cut back just a bit on calories and youwill once more be your slim self again. You dont have to slug it out in a gym just go for a brisk thirty minute walk at least four times a week.
