What are two online programs that you would recommend someone to join? Programs that are honest and pay?

there would be gather.com, if you are american,
cause they don't really pay internationals, and the only other one I come to is here.

every month since I have been here, well actually the last year I waited to get 100.00 before payout, but this year every month and I always make much more than the 10.00 payout every month.

Pretty much an referral program to an established retailer or service company. Two that I am a part of that I will recommend is Amazon and Prosper. You can have a site up for less than $10 for the domain and $10 a month. Then it is up to you to market yourself.

www.ciao.co.uk - its honest and does pay. it involves writting reviews and doing online surveys. it is a little bit hard to earn money though as it is quite low pay. worth a shot though
theres also places like www.amazon.com. again it isnt the best money in the word, but atleast your guarenteed to get paid.
both sites also pay reasonably well for bringing people into the site, so if you have a website, its great just to stick a link to their site on yours, and the more they spend, or write reviews, the more you earn.
