Have you ever bleached or whitened you teeth. If so, what is the best method for that?

The best thing I have done was Zoom whiting.you have to go to the dentist to grt it done.Depending on how white you want your teeth you might have to go acouple times.It took me two times and my teeth have never looked so good.

I never did, but I would always use baking soda my grandmother said that would whiten your teeth and it does over time.

ive had teeth whitening before its called beverly hills toothpaste you know that £3 one lol
