How to face the fair? -- After failing in the Debating Contest~

Last night,although our team have done a very good job, we still failed in debating contest in our university.Most of the audience at present consider us as the winner, however, the judges didn't think so.Only two of the five judges voted for us. After the contest, one of my teammate said a frustrated words, we can control the game, but we can not control the result. Maybe we should not blame the judge as the failing excuse. But it did exsit some judges have prejudice and other reasons, like tired. Moreover, in debating contest, there is not a standard to judge, they just choose what they are favor of. So, how do we face the fair of judges? My friends, please give me some advice.
