i configured ICS on a organization
after that i can get pinged to other pc to my pc but others pc are unable to connect me....already i disable all antivirus,firewall etc
so where is the problem can u plz help me?

brother that may be problem with ur crimping of cable
pin in the jack tx n rx not working properly
the reciving pin is working but transmit pin is not working so better u crimped it once again

could it be a faulty cable? Or a faulty hardware - the switch / routers? A lot of possibilities, gotta test them 1 by 1
