To most of my classmates,my family is the larger for we have 7 members. I am the second child.I have an elder sister, two younger sisters as well as a younger brother. All of us are now grown up.Even my youngest sister will graduate from high school and is going to enter into college this year.I have a lovely and clever nephew aged 5,who takes a lot of fun to the whole family.
We are deeply grateful to our parents. They created a wonder than most people thought it was impossible for two joblesses to raise 5 childrens and provide them all good education.Out of question, they have spent tough efforts.
come on, how many childrens are there in your family? Is it the larger in your community?

Well, I am one of 4 children. I'm the oldest, and the youngest is still in kindergarten, he's 6. I'm the only one that is out of school, the other 3 are still either in grade school and one is in high school. The amount of people in our family is not really a weird amount. A lot of people have a lot of people in their family around here. There is actually an Amish family around here that has 23 children in their family. I personally think that is a crazy amount!

Frankly speaking, your family is as large as mine.I wonder if you know 1/5 of world population is chinese. In order to control population rapid growth,China lauched birth-control plan, that is ,every family here is only allowed to have only one child.Unfortunately,my father lost his job because he has broken the law.He and my mother has 5 children, with 4 girls and 1 boy.

I am sorry to hear that. I hope your father is able to find work. I know how it can be when a parent loses their job, and there are so many people to care for.

Yes,you are right, jenni. My dad is the only bread-earner for my whole family and he lost the job when I was born.I am the second daughter with a 3 years older sister.Once I was expected to be son, however,to every one (my grandfather is feudal)'s disappointment,I am still a girl.In order to have a son,my parents lived like exiles for several years. Finally,I have a 3 years younger brother, and two youngest sisters.
The living burden is rather heavy as it came when my parents become unemployed. My dad went far away from home to sell groceries and cloths for nearly 20 years.
Our living now are getting better and better since my elder sister and I don't need their money any longer.Though,my brother just graduated from college and is finding job now,my little sister is a sophomore, and my youngest sister hasn't graduated from high school.
I am grateful much for my parents' effort to bring our 5 up.
