tomatoes with eggs recipe

Chinese cook recipe
ingredients: two or three eggs
1/4 t salt
pinch of sugar
two or three tomatoes, cut in chunks
chopped spring onion
1 t watery cornstarch.
Method:
1. beat the eggs lightly in a bowl,stir it.
2. heat 1 tablespoon of oil in work. Stir-fry the egg just half minute to keep the egg tender. then remove it from work.
3. heat another 1 tablespoon of oil in work, stir-fry the tomato chunks one minute.
4. Add fried eggs,1/4 t salt and pinch of suggar, then add 1 t watery cornstarch,stir-fry quckly over high heat.
5. sprinkle with chopped spring onion.
8. Remove from the heat. the cook is finished.
it smells good and looks nice, my favorite.
