I want a wii / myLot

I wanted one of these last year but we couldnt justify spending the money, ive just seen an advert for the new wii fit and really want one now! Are they worth the money or are they no better than any other console? I like the idea of being able to leap around with it rather than just sit there and play! Advice please guys?

u better buy the wii. ITS THE BEST! u have unlimited games to play on wii u can go fight with ur friends with wii with wii code and 1 game last as long as 1-3month!so i advice u to buy it

When cosidering purchcasing a system it is best to think about what you want out of it and how much you're willing to spend. IMHO (I'm a bit techy) The powerhouses in regards to processing power are Xbox360 & PS3. The XBox get's the majority of it's software pretty much from anywhere seeing as how microsoft has thier hands in everything PC related. Sony has created thier own console, from scratch, after testing the market for the last decade. They also have loads of options available to them. Both systems have hard drives which gives them even more memory. More memory means more media, customization, etc. The Wii is the most interactive of the three consoles as it engages the user to literally get up off thier kiester AND push buttons. Simulators are great. RPG's have a whole new apeal. Adveture games are an adventure again. All in all the PS3 & 360 are great but I have more fun on a Wii. Isn't that what video games are supposed to be about?
