irritating officemate

how do you handle officemates that are so irritating? how can you do your work properly if she keeps on hovering around you as if she'schecking everything you do. and as if she's the boss, which, she's really not!!!!!

Well I understand that feeling. its really pathetic to work with people who are really pain the - you know what and where. There is only one way to work with this people -- ignore them and just focus on your work, if that person keeps on probing you -- go ahead and tell him you can do things on your own since you are not a little kid that needs supervision and tutoring on what to do and learn. Just do remember that this kind of person are the insecured ones - those that have problems about their own self. Do not be affected by their ways.
