Off Course My Grandma have this desease too, he always think he surrounded by people who try to intimidate her and harrasing her i think more persuasion in communicate can help a lot than medicine like this movie but my grandma is very old and she's maybe not commnunicat well so i think better if she get close to me all time

Sure it really exists, it's called schizophrenia . MY father was diagnosed with it a long time ago. He lives in Barbados at the moment, and I'm sure he still suffers from it. There are medications for that disorder and I'm sure he is on one of them.
