what is depression?

It's an illness of the mind that has consequences on the body. Symptoms are vary from one person to the other. You can observe the symptoms in your mood: some can have a low mood, some are anxious or emotionally numb, sudden changes in your their behaviour and unexplained physicall symptoms. Other symptoms could be: lost of interest in things you used to enjoy,depressive thinking,memory problems,sleeping problems,tiredness, problems concerning your apetite or weight!
Be carefull guys! This is the XXI century disease!

Knowingly or unknowingly we are some times in depression, when the thing are not upto our expectations.

Well even i was same, but later i realised crying over problems is not going to make any change. Rather, i decided to fight against problems and now i feel great.

People tend to be socially detached these days.. You must have a very good network of people to make sure that you'll still be in touch with your senses in times of pressure or a good hobby to release any emotional tension since these are some of the things could trigger depression.

stress comes in various degreeas in our lives andit measures your faith, strength and will power.if you encounter any problem pray and be faithful try reading the Bible and keep in faith

It is perfect condition of mind over body .It has no medication so the best way to get out of it is to be positive .

the key is not what is like .almost everybody knows that.in my opinione,what's more important is how to face this problem.firstly dont hide from the truth.face the reality bravely.secondly find the reason why you are depressed.thirdly change your weak characteristic.more over it is said that the more talent the poeple is the more likely to suffer from this desease.so balance your mood,be careful

its a mental health disorder that can affect the way you eat and sleep,the way you feel about yourself,the way you think about things.a depressive disorder is more than a passive mood.it is not a sign of personal weakness and it cannot be willed or wished away.depression involves the body,mood and thoughts.people who are depressed cannot snap out of it and get better.without treatment,symptoms can last for months or years.
