countering bad weather

I must say, I always hate raining,but the emotion are much stronger recently. Bad weather discourage my emotional toughness. What should I do??

It's been sunny over where I live most of this week til about an hour ago its been thunder and showers..
I think naturally when its raining it brings people's moods down unless you are unaware of it, and the same with sun it brings peoples moods up, you've just gotta learn to live with it i guess
