The easiest way to put on eyeliner is first start with your top lid. Close the eye you want to line, put your pointer finger at the corner and pull easy, so that your eye kinda goes slanted, then start to line from the inner corner to the outside of your eye.repeat with the other eye.For the lower lid start from the outside to inside.I try and use one stright line.Don't start and stop (one line).then just fill in the inside of your lid. I also have sensitive eyes to I have found that cover girl or Remmel london work. they don't make my eyes water.Hope I explanded this alright. If you have any more questions you know where to find me.. :)

Hello.. I'm new at eyelining too but maybe I can help. I've recently discovered that you have to have a steady hand to use an eyeliner because you have to line it perfectly at the tip of your eyelids. I haven't been able to use eyeliner on the under eye part correctly yet. Try using a liquid eyeliner with a pointy hard brush, not the thin soft brush that tend to curve in unwanted directions if you don't have a steady hand. I use an eyeliner that's branded "Inez" but don't know if you have it in your country. If you have black puffy eyes, I think using fresh colors like light brown, yellowish colors or blue in the under eye part also helps a lot. Hope that helps.
