Friends, I feel very bad some times while driving a vehicle and while passing through a meeting/ function is going on etc., the things which cause disturb to others. While driving some people drive very rash, at that time so many others will disturb for their driving, theere is a more chance of accidents, some will come in the wrong direction etc., and at meetings / functions they put speakers and play songs etc., which cause to voice polution etc., DO WE HAVE RIGHT TO DISTURB OTHERS? SHALL WE SHOULD NOT FEEL RESPONSIBILTY FOR SOCIETY? wht is your opinion? and how we should educate?, who should do this?
