What is your opinion about those always speak ill of others behind their backs?

Thats bad news for me. I hate backstabbers a lot and I dont trust them.. I would let them know that I am uncomfortable hearing those stories from them.. I mean the person he/she is talking about cant defend themselves and it's unfair to talk about them at their backs.

It is rather said that such a character exists in this world but it is not entirely unexpected. The world does have more of its fair share of cowards shall we see and a lot of people talking behind the backs of others. Not to mention there are going to be many people who are going to just enjoy stirring the pot or just plain old gossiping behind the backs of others. And sadly we might find out about it from time to time, but there are going to be many times where we are the last people who find out about it. Oddly enough, its because someone else stooges them off. Basically talking behind their back about them talking behind your back. It is just one vicious thing after another. In the end, I think that the best thing is to stay as far away from these people as possible. They are nothing but trouble.

Helo to you too... hope you are having a happy moment at this time. Yes, we live in many groups in the society and it is possible for us to meet people with different attitudes. Sometimes they are similar to us and sometime they are very contradicting with our own ways. It takes a lot of patient to be with back stabbers and most of the time I will never allow myself to mingle with them, they only bring disaster! But in a situation when you have to work together, I think it is a difficult situation but you have to sacrifice your personal feelings in the beginning stage. You have to be a friend to the person and know about her inside out. This is a tip given to me by my grandmother, a way to defeat a back stabber is to know her deepest secret. You must use her own tactics - be friends with her and if possible be her closest friend. And make sure she revealed all her secrets to you. After that you can do whatever you want. You don't have to be as friendly to her, because she is a back stabber after all. Back stabbers don't deserve a friendship. Watch her steps after that. If you feel something is starting to go wrong, go to her and warn her. Tell her you will tell her deepest secrets to everybody in the office if she continued to back stab you. I wish you luck, and I hope this strategy works because I hate (really hate) back stabbers. If I am given the license to kill a back stabber, I will. They only bring disaster to you. I have been back stabbed many times and I know how it feels.

If ever I would be able to meet a person and later I'll discover that she talks ill behind my back, as soon as I'll realize that, I won't go with her anymore. I'll stop being a friend to her and tell her that back biting will not result to a harmonious relationship in in every person. :)
