Do you prefer BAGS in School/College OR take your books in your HANDS???

While i was in primary school, we have to bring all our books and files, i will have a bag as well as carrying some books on my hands too.. LOL ^_^ But as i went to college, i will only bring my pencil case to school because we do illegal textbook sharing with other classes, and thus we wun need to bring anything.. LOL ^_^ However, if possible, i will prefer to carry a bag instead, so that my hands will be free.. hehe ^_^

If I had to carry books it was always in hand and left what I didnt need in my locker

i prefer bags. i think that way its easy to carry books. i have always done so in my student life. i just can't hold to books in hand for long. its also not comfortable to carry in hands.

I take a bag to college because I have a lot of clases. I have the ones that go across the chest and are next to your hips. I really like it 'cause its' comfortable. But there are times when all the big books that I have don't fit there so I would have to take a tote bag and put them in there or sometimes I would just take a few of the books in my hands.

i'm similar with you. in yunior high school, i even brought all or my text books , so everyday i used to bring a heavy bag. in my college, it's completely different. i used to bring a notebook and wrote anything there.

i'm already in college and unfortunately, i still have a lot of books plus notebooks and footnotes to bring. so i always bring a big tote with me. there are even times when my stuff don't fit my bag anymore that's why i just hand carry them. so yeah, i get both. hehe

I always preferred to have a book bag, I was just too much to be carrying books around all the time. I had to many of them.

When I was in school, my books were neatly arranged in an aluminium box[how outdated in today's world-though it was not strange 40 years ago. As soon as I stepped into college the fashion waas to carry a shoulder bag in Rexine. ]After I went into graduation it was the fashion to carry files and a bag[at times]. In my Masters, it was only a file with one fat book of Shakespeare, [if there were a class], and other text books. We used to take down notes in class using carbon copies [for extra research too] and exchange them with friends.We used to spend a lot of time in the library and still have fun. How I love my pg days/ if I were given a chance I would run back and sit in my classroom. they are unforgettable fun filled great carefree days. I just drift while I choose a distantly related topic of a bag to school because I love to reminisce.

To be frank, i prefer the feeling of having bag on my back.when study in elementary school and senior,jenior middle school,i all take bag on my back to school.there are many books to be used one day,so i couldn't only take them on my hand.In college we live in school and there are few class one day.in the morning or afternoon,we only have to take one ore two books to have lesson.so i hold the books on my hand.and in university there are seldom people to take bags.but i also yearn the days to have bag on my back.

Well, I have not been to school for a long time, but when I was in school and college I had a bag to carry everything in. I used to take a packed lunch, so it was easier all round for me to carry all my books plus my lunch too. But it has been a long time since I had to worry about anything like that!!

oh manish your question is so good there is no any need to carry bag along with u in the college the college life is full enjoyement life in which, where-where u carry your bag along with u and i give best example to u when we have went to seen picture in cinema hall like sangam than which student have carry bag who give 5 rs extra to keep outside the bag to cinema hall otherwise placed in r.k. puram home. so there is so many difficulty to carry bag along with u in college so keep enjoying college life without bag. have fun

I was never much of carrying books so i'd just have a pouch and put what i could fit in it. if i needed a book I'd borrow from a friend..guess i was lazy or thought it didn't look cool to carry books

I prefer to bring a bag everyday because I don't just bring my books and notebooks with me. Of course, being a girl, I would need to have my hair brush, powder, lip gloss and blush with me. Besides, carrying books are not really my thing 'cause I would like to have my hands free so I can freely eat on my way to my next room assignment.

i take them by the hands. i notice that most of the bags i used for my books (because they become so heavy at one point) gets broken.. and i would then have to buy another bag... sometimes its better carrying the books by hands.

I prefer using bags. Carrying things is ok when I don't have a lot to carry, but otherwise, it's just a pain to try and carry everything I need. It gets more annoying when I have to carry things between campuses. That means I have to ride the PRT or the bus and try to manuever everything. Just isn't practical. I like to carry my things in bags.

I'm not in school anymore but I always had to carry all of my books. I would have preferred to have a book bag but I just never did buy any to use. I know it would have been alot easier for me to handle all of them.

i prefer to have my things inside my bag since it's easier - for me - that way. but there are occasions that i hand-carry some books especially if it's heavy like my anatomy book. it's like carrying an old hard-bound encyclopedia. LMAO

Bags are nice if they have longer handles. I used to carry my books in a back pack. Not really comfortable carrying books in hands. Usually had too many. Plus someone could bump you, and you'd drop them. Then you spend time picking up books and papers instead of getting to class.

I always carry my bag since I have have other stuffs aside from notebooks and books. I always carry my pens (at least two), liquid eraser, pencil, stapler, etc. I was an education major so I see to it that I carry some stuffs I would need in my classes.
