I don't think university students whould wear uniform. When I go to my university I see so many diverse students with their own style and it feels good to be there and see how everyone dresses differently. It's better when the students are dressing more diverse. When you get to University we are already considered grown ups so we should be able to choose what we wear.

The relation is that your a grown up and you should be able to make your own decisions. Decisions like what to wear in the morning or what to study in college.

Look I believe these students have to right to wear what they want. But i have been told by a friend living in a poor country that you can find in a university highly rich students and on other side highly poor students. So, the clothes reflect these differences. so, a uniform delete these differences and unite the students. I mean what is the wrong with it. it also shows discipline and commitment.

No i dont think they should wear a uniform. Some freedom has to be given to a university student and i think the freedom to select their own dresses is one thing that is ought to be given to them. as the age goes up more and more freedom has to be given to students for they will have to take their own decisions after a few years. if even the freedom of choosing their own dresses is not given then they try to get their own freedom or students tend to lack decision making powers.

I don't think so. I think when you've reached university age you're old enough to be able to choose your own clothes without worrying about what other people expect or think and you're also adult enough that you should be able to express your creativity in what you wear.

Of course! But I figure that you've got to respect their freedom to wear what they want and express themselves.

Uniform is just for kindergarten, primary and secondary school. University student shouldn't wear uniform. Usually those who study in university are over 18 years old. I think that these groups of people have freedom to wear what they want. There shouldn't be rule to restrict them to wear only uniform. They are old enough to think for themselves what is the best outfit for them to wear in university. If the student are forced to wear uniform, it will surely be a very dull environment in the university.

I rather not have a uniform. In the University of the Philippines, we wear anything that can be comfortable ans that was cool and trendy. We can lie on our backs at the park with our friends during free hours, or sit on the shiny floors while waiting for our class

It does look very professional. My university we have to either where the attire that is required in our field of study or professional dress. It is a specific career university though. At the age of a college student however you should not have to be told how to dress. There have been studies that prove though that more professional dress leads to more professional behavior.

Because in general our mind come to matured between 13-18
