Does your cell phone have a calendar that can alert you to things that you need to do? Or, do you have a calendar in your email? If you have Gmail, you can set up calendar events that will send you an email to remind you of things. Or, get a cheap watch with an alarm and have it set to go off at a certain time every day. I have calendar events that I can put in my cell phone to go off when I need to remember something. I also have a gmail account that sends me reminders of things. And, most of these kinds of things can be set up to go off every day at the same time so you don't have to remember to reset it. Or, set your alarm clock for whatever time you get up, keep a bottle of water and your prenatals on your night stand or on the bathroom counter next to your toothbrush and take them as soon as you get up in the AM. Good luck!

My pleasure! You are most welcome! I would be lost without my cell, not for the fact that it is a phone, but for the fact that it keeps me organized as far as the calendar! I'm glad I could help!

It is hard to remember daily tablets. This is what I do. I have the night time tablets in the drawer next to my bed. This serves as a reminder that I must take them at night. The day time tablets I have in the kitchen where I can see them when I have my breakfast. Try putting your tablets where you can see them often.

I am terrible too, at remembering to take pills, that is how I ended up with 4 children! I am not the one to advise you on this I do not think although what I used to do was get the little post stick notes and write it down and then stick it on a cupboard door in the kitchen, preferably on the door where the kettle is as then it is the first thing that I see in a morning. If I did not do that then I would just forget!

look. here is some i read in a book. If YOU want your memory to get better, you should get every thing around you organized. this includes your clothes, bed, books......
