Do you get irritated when somebody is staring at you?

For me, it depends, if he/she is looking at me at a very different way, i think, i would definitely be. But if they are just staring at me as an ordinary stranger, I'll just smile back. Do you smile back when one look at you? Sometime, it's a bit uncomfortable when smiling because you don't know if he'she will smile back.

I won't get irritated but I will feel awkward. There must something that they are staring at, so I will stare back at them and may be, just may be I will smile back at them. We wont lose anything if we smile.

yes, that's very nice of you. You're right we won't lose anything when we smile. Awkwardness maybe is what we could feel but if they are staring at you for long time, and this bothers you, I think i'll get irritated by then. thank you for the comment.

No. Don't get irritated. Instead tell yourself that it must be your new outfit or your cute look that make them stare at you. In that way, you will feel nice instead of irritated. Be happy.

staring in a mocking way.. i guess i'd look at that person the same way he/she is looking at me.. so he/she can have a taste of her medicine.

Usually if someone is staring at me, I stare back. I find it amusing when they're staring at me and I stare at them and they get weirded out. I think people stare way too much and I make it a point sometimes to let them know it's a bit strange and it can really freak people out by giving them their own medicine.

Sometimes i feel insulted on the way they look.. from head to toe it is irritating yes i feel like telling them, why dont get some pictures coz it definitely last longer

yes me too,I will worry wether he or she will smile back ,it will be embarrassing if he or she don't care what I respond.

yes, it would definitely be very embarrassing. It's like you smile for nothing. You give you effort to smile then she would just stare at you. Oh, that's very poor. I hate to experience that.

Yup.it depends. Maybe they are your old friends, and just having a few remembrance about who we were, so they staring at us for quite sometime. I did that too, if i think i saw my old friends there. But if he/she looking at me with those "horror movies" look...:) i will start to scared. Usually i will staring back and maybe a little smile. I know it will sound and looked strange but we have to polite to others right ?

Yes, I do get irritated when some stares at me. I find it to be annoying also, espically if your in a store or something and not looking at the person but can feel them staring at you. It makes me feel out of place.

That's what I am talking about. Human can feel if someone is staring at them. It's a bit bizare how we humans actuallly do that. Yup, the feeling of out of place always strikes me especially if all of them seems as if are staring at me.
