How do you Move a Sortie?

I've spent 1/2 hour trying to figure this and can't. I want to make a new sortie on my profile. I did the "edit content" and made the sortie container, but it is way at the very bottom of my profile page. I want it to be the first sortie on my page. How do I move it up there? I have tried the drag and drop and cut and paste and searched for how to and just try whatever, but can't get that sortie to the top. Anyone have any help for me? ? ?

I had this problem a few days ago. I accidentally discovered that if I "let go" of a module when I was trying to drag it to the top, it dropped to the bottom of the page. In frustration, I ended up figuring out the order I wanted them in then dropped EACH of them, in that order, to the bottom. When I got to the last one, the first one was then on top. A bit of a pain, but it worked.
