Tabby cat killing

Some people are so mad & cruel that they kill tabby cats so that cat population would be in control how sad to hear this one must sue these kind of people what will you do if you are witnessing such a kind of situation

I'd call the Humane Society AND the police. To allow a person to kill cats of whatever color or breed is plain ignorant and retarded. And by the way, I'd also press charges, so that the punk doesn't get away with anything. I hope that the punk gets a LOT of jail time and a huge fine to boot!
