Would you guys own a Starbucks?

I heard that it used to be at least about 50,000 dollars to own a franchise. Now I think that it is about a million dollars now. I tell you money talks, lol. But would you guys own a Starbucks. If I had the money I think that I would. The reason why is because this is one of the leading franchises. Who does not drink coffee?

I should own a starbucks, as much as I drink...I think I would own a starbucks.It would be a very good finacial investment.I wish I would have been the one to franchise that cash cow..lol

I would if I had the cash but then again, they are all over the place now, I'm not sure where I would own one - maybe overseas?

Of course I drink coffee. And yeah If I had some extra change like $50,000 (LOL) of course I'll buy my own franchise. And then the workers will have to make me ten free special grande caramale frappucinos. And with a nice straw so that i can drink. LOL

I drink coffee and while I do like a cup of Starbucks coffee every one in awhile, it isn't something I need to have on a daily basis.
With the way the economy is and might be over the next year, if I had the $$, I wouldn't buy a Starbucks right now. Somehow I see people saying they can't afford a $5 cup of coffee everyday.
But it is soooo good!

I drink coffee, but I've never had Starbucks coffee before. I think I would own a Starbucks, meerly because the profit from that kind of business is immense, and it would be a great source of income. I sure wouldn't have to work at WalMart anymore, and that's always a plus!

Nope. Because Starbucks actually isn't franchised. They do have licensed stores that are run by cooporations such as in Safeway stores in Canada and the US. However and individual cannot own a starbucks franchise.

I don't drink coffee lol.
I probably would if I had that sort of money to spare, but I cannot see that happening.
