how to request new ip.

i have a dynamic ip address.i leave my compouter on at night (for using fee net)for downloading but morning at 8 am i have to disconnect the Internet otherwise it will be chargeable. some time i could't wake up.
Anyone know any software which request new ip address or automatic disconnect net at fix time. i know some software shutdown computer but for changing ip address i have to disconnect the phoneline or request new ip address from any script.

Well i guess u cannot change that ip adress. U need to ask your ISP to assign u a static ip or else i dont think there are any softwares that can help you in changing the ip address of your system.

i am using router for Internet connection
it has dynamic ip address. every time i connect net it will assign new ip address i know a dos script from which i can request new ip address but i want it runs automatic.

well i guess u can configure your router to have a static ip and u can change that when ever u want right ?

If I am understanding correctly then you want to create a script to renew your IP address automatically. Assuming you are not using a router and your computer has a public IP Address, the easiest way to do this is to create a batch file (*.bat). In the batch file you would want to do ipconfig /release and then ipconfig /renew (assuming Windows 2000 or newer). Once you create the file, just schedule your Windows to run it once a day or how ever often you want a new IP. It should be noted that this will only work if your ISP does not use reserved DHCP. In that case, the only way for a new IP would be to contact them.
If your worried about being charged, changing your IP shouldnt make a difference. Your ISP should still have logs of who was using that IP, when they were using it, and for how long. Hope this information helps.
