i've notice that every time i'm having a good dream, i wake up in the middle of the night. Like for example this morning i dream that i had the ability to move people or objects without even touching them. And then one day i was talking to this girl that i find attracted and this guy tried to take her from me so i was going to sufffocate him using my ability, i wake up... i wanted to go back to that same dream but i couldnt... boo hoo.

You know what, i also had an experience about waking up in the middle of my beautiful dream. I am really annoyed especially when i just woke up because someone wake me up. I told them to get away i need to sleep because of my dream. They will ask me why and i will answer them that i'll go back to my dream. Of course that would be impossible but there are times that i can be able to dream about it again maybe because of a hard will that i want to go back to it. If i can't find it in my dreams and new dream will show, i just feel so sad, it really affect me for a while. I had a lot of dreams that i am flying. They say if you can fly easy or hard. That's how you can achieve your dream, the easiest you can fly the easiest you can achieve your goal.

Your dreams are messages from your subconscious, messages that you are unable to access in your waking life. If you knew what was going on - you would not need to dream about what ever is going on. If you get my meaning. Through out our waking life we behave in ways that are not neccessarily in allignment with what we truly want , or how we really would like to be or act. But because we are so busy 'struggling' and being distracted by our lives and the things we are doing to get what we want, we miss the messages that our subconscious wants us to hear. the only way it can get our attention is through dreams. If you are waking up in the middle of a dream it is usually because the message is very importnat and the subcoscious really wants you to remember the dream. It is a great opportunity to examine your dream to find out the possibilities of what you could learn. So an example might be - if we look at your dream above, that your 'super powers' are really, your great personality, your charisma and you have a great ability to 'move' people because of the person that you are. Only you will know whether this is you and what qualities that you have, to touch the world with your wonderful powers. These powers will not be 'magical' although in a spiritual sense - all our qualities are magical. Any way your qualities will be special and meaningful and because you 'chose' the concept of 'suffocating' your rival, your subconscious wakes you up to remind you that you do not need to go to these lengths to get what you want. Why would you - you already have these wonderful qualities - its all available to you. Use these qualities to 'make a difference' in the world - because this is a clear message - to me - that you have something very powerful.
Hope this is useful - great topic

I usually find myself waking up just before the end of a really good dream, then wondering what might have happened if I had slept for a few moments longer.
